Team 65ROSES returns to the Augusta race weekend for year #12 on February 24, 2024 as a charity team and to fundraise to support Miles for Cystic Fibrosis.
The struggles of CF families are significant and lack visibility; just like the challenges of living with CF. Cystic fibrosis is an inherited, progressive, life-threatening disorder that causes recurring lung infections and limits the ability to breathe. There is no cure.
M4CF encourages children and adults with CF to be active and exercise to garner the benefits to both physical and mental health. M4CF also understand that living with CF creates a financial toll on CF families.
Funds raised by Team 65ROSES for the Augusta event stay in the Augusta area supporting those patients and families who receive treatment and support from Children’s Hospital of Georgia and the Augusta University CF Care Center. Team 65ROSES Augusta has raised over $135,000 since 2012!
