Payment Policy on Goods and Services
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Events:
In the event that the CFLF needs to cancel or postpone an event, participants and donors will be provided with the opportunity for a full or partial refund, or for their registration/donation to be held for the rescheduled date. Refunds will only be processed upon the direct request of the participant or donor.
Recreation Grants:
Incomplete CFLF Recreation Grant applications may be returned to recipients with a limited opportunity of 14-days to provide any additional information that is needed to complete the decision process. Applications that are not completed within this period may be subject to denial (cancellation) of their application due to incomplete information.
An approved Recreation Grant request may be altered (exchanged) by the applicant for a different activity than initially requested within a 60-day window from the date of approval.
Online Store:
Purchases through the CFLF online store may be returned or exchanged within 30-days of purchase.
THIRD PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Third parties may be utilized to create, authorize, or service some of our user accounts or services. These third-party services may require you to agree to their terms of use, privacy policy, and other agreements between you and them.
USER ACCOUNT INFORMATION
