INGREDIENTS

10 ounce bag of baby spinach (or your favorite leafy greens)
1 quart strawberries, rinsed and sliced
¾ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
¾ cup pecans, chopped (toasted if desired)
½ cup Poppyseed dressing
2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

DIRECTIONS

  • Place spinach in a large serving bowl.
  • Top with strawberries, Feta, and pecans.
  • Drizzle dressing on top of the salad and top with shredded chicken.
  • Toss ingredients together and serve immediately.
