If you are a resident of Masusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, or Rhode Island, you cannot recieve rewards through the Live2Thrive Program, but you may be eligible to receive free supplements and copay assistance. Different type of support: Copay assistance, free vitamins and supplements, and, diet and nutrition information.
When health insurcance is not enough, they’re here to help with copay premiums, deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses for supplies, supplements, surgeries and more.
The scholarship is open to all legal residents of the U.S. or Canada who are full-time or part-time studens in good academic standing at an accredited institution. Applicants must have been diagnosed with CF or be an immediate family member of someone diagnosed with CF, All selected recipients will receive an award of $5,000 USD/CAD.
