Write for the CFLF Community Blog

The CFLF welcomes both regular and guest authors for the CFLF Weekly Blog.  Please review the monthly topics and leader questions to consider in submitting your writing piece.  Articles must be submitted by the last day of the month preceding the topic of the month they are written for (example: articles on CF Awareness Month would need to be submitted by the end of April for posting consideration in the month of May).

Please email your article to info@CFLF.org with:

  • Title of the article
  • Article text – 500 to 1,500 words
  • Two or three pictures to be included within the body of your article
  • One high-resolution horizontal photo (greater than 1800px wide) related to your article
  • A short bio about and head shot picture of the author written in third person

Submit a vlog!

Submit a video of yourself embodying STROLO (Living STROnger, Living LOnger). Whether it’s a video of you doing whatever your recreation grant was, or just doing some sort of physical activity, we want to see it!

This is also a great way to share your story about why exercise has played such an important role in your management of CF. When did you first realize the benefits of being active with your CF? How does being active affected your health physically and mentally? If you are CF Grant Recipient, how has your grant impacted your ability to be and keep active? Please share your story.
